Why a Gospel Choir Still Cuts Through Any Mix
A choir is not just a larger vocal. It is the sound of individual breath becoming a shared position.

A choir changes scale without making the song impersonal. You can hear the consonants arrive at slightly different moments, the vowels widen, and the room begin to answer the lead before the arrangement tells it to.
That small amount of human disagreement is the point. Stack one singer perfectly and you get size; gather many singers and you get evidence. The lyric sounds held by people rather than enlarged by software.
The best Gospel productions know when to let the choir become the foreground. It is not decoration behind the star. It is the moment the song stops belonging to one voice.
